A pioneer in the art of transformational coaching, I work with C-Suite leaders and their teams to create extraordinary organizations. I am driven by a deep desire to make a difference. The more conscious and effective leaders become, the more we as a collective and our planet will be healed. 

I have four decades of experience partnering with executives and managers from 400+ organizations—in business, government, and education—to produce deep and sustainable transformation.  I earned my doctorate from Harvard and have published several books about leadership and organizational life, each of which stretches the boundaries of how we understand what is possible.

An avid reader and relentless self-examiner, I follow Gandhi’s famous dictum: “Be the change you wish to see in the world.” Outside of coaching, my greatest achievement is my children. And I’m proud to say that I once played tennis against (and bested) the doubles partner of Grand Slam champion Arthur Ashe.
