Prior to coaching, I spent 20+ years developing purposeful and values-based cultures and leadership teams in the US, Europe, and Asia as HR lead of a digital strategy start-up that grew to 20,000 people globally.  

I love my life and my international network of friends and family, which has allowed me to expand my understanding of different cultures and become a true citizen of the world.
